Is listing on TownTrove free?+

Yes. Customers can find any business on TownTrove for free. A paid plan lets the owner manage the listing themselves — update details, photos and products or services from their own dashboard.

What are SEO, AEO and GEO?+

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) helps your listing page show up on Google. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) shapes your details as short questions and answers that Google’s answer boxes and voice assistants can quote. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) makes your profile easy for AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to read and recommend.

Will I rank first on Google or ChatGPT?+

Nobody can promise that — Google and AI tools decide their own results. What we do is build your listing the way they prefer: fast pages, clean structured data, questions and answers, and complete business details. The more complete your listing, the better your chances.

What does Premium’s “Featured” mean?+

Premium listings get a Verified ✔ badge and are shown first in TownTrove’s own search results and category lists for their city, marked as Featured.

How do I log in?+

Your email is your login ID. We send a 6-digit code to it each time you log in — no password to remember.

What happens when my plan ends?+

Your listing stays on TownTrove. To keep editing it (and keep plan extras like Quick answers or Featured), renew from your dashboard. Renewing early adds the new period after your current end date.

Can I move to a higher plan?+

Yes, any time. The higher plan starts that day for its full period, and the unused part of your current plan is deducted from the price.

How is ownership checked?+

Your access starts right after payment. Our team then checks the claim. If a claim turns out to be false, access is removed and the payment is refunded.

Which payment methods are accepted?+

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, through PayU. We never see or store your card details.
